Micheala Slipp Price is a highly experienced counsellor, art therapist, and educator. With a Doctor of Education degree, she teaches at several university programs across Canada and has a practice focused on supporting mental health organizations and practitioners to maintain wellness and develop competency in service delivery. Micheala offers CEU courses in innovative areas of practice to foster wellness and competency in the field.
Micheala Slipp Price holds a Doctor of Education and teaches at several university programs across Canada. She has completed doctoral research in the role of distance clinical supervision in supporting counsellors in Northern, rural, remote and Indigenous communities to mitigate compassion fatigue and maintain vitality in their work.

Having recently graduated with a Masters of Health Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, Micheala brings expertise in critical areas of practice including regulatory governance of counselling therapy across Canada, international regulation of Artificial Intelligence, mental health law and Indigenous Data Sovereignty and Governance. She has completed post-doctoral research in regulatory governance of mental health and substance health services.
Micheala holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Masters of Creative Arts Therapies. She brings over 20 years of front line clinical experience. She has taught and been in academic leadership in several graduate Creative Arts Therapies training programs. During her Art Therapy studies she completed internship hours and course work in Social and Transcultural Psychiatry.
