3. I cannot attend the live sessions. Can I still take this course?

Yes. These are optional sessions intended to foster a sense of professional connection and community. They will be recorded so you can watch them at your leisure if you cannot attend live.

4. Do I need to have supervision clients to take this course?

This depends on where you want to certify. This course includes an assignment in which the instructor will review clips of a live session with a supervisee that you have pre-recorded (with supervisee consent). Some certification bodies require that the tape viewed in this course be a true supervision client. Some certification bodies will accept review of a mock session. Please consult directly with the certification body to see what they require. If you are uncertain, it is best to submit a clip from a supervision session (with the client's full and informed consent), for this course assignment. You are invited to speak to the instructor if you have questions.

5. Are there written assignments in this course ?

Yes, this course includes 3 assignments and weekly discussion posts. You will be invited to respond to the material with traditional scholarly reflection and with creative responses that may include visual and audio arts based reflections.
